The new sanctions include 50 additional items, targeting six ships from the so-called "shadow fleet" and several major Russian financial institutions and businesses. Key entities sanctioned include the Moscow Exchange, SPB Exchange, National Clearing Center, National Settlement Depository of Russia, and Ingosstrakh. Specific individuals affected by the sanctions are Yury Denisov (chairman of the Moscow Exchange), businessman Ivan Tavrin, Avet Mirakyan (founder of Insite), Denys Frolov (co-owner of Astra Group), and Armen Sarkisyan (owner of S8 Capital group).
