State Dept on Blinken's Travels to the UK, Ukraine, and Poland: "Secretary of State Antony J. Sec Blinken says that the Iranian short-range ballistic missiles that Russia now has given the Russians an additional capability and additional flexibility. They can use these missiles for short-range targets and use more of their arsenal for targets further from the front lines
