Scotland's Sturgeon says BREXIT draft deal puts Scotland at a "serious competitive disadvantage"
Nicola Sturgeon: Not long off call with PM. She tried to tell Scotland's 'distinctive' interests had been protected. I pointed out that there isn't a single mention of Scotland in the agreement, that it disregards our interests, and puts Scotland at a serious competitive disadvantage.
The Court of Justice of the EU will have jurisdiction to interpret the Withdrawal Agreement. Importantly, any future arbitration body will also be bound by the Court's interpretations of EU law. So, ECJ jurisdiction still alive and well.
